Cozy dinner in La Latina Dinner

For my first menu I want to share one of my favorite pastas, a dish I first tasted while living in Paris at an Italian restaurant whose chef was my friend: it was love at first sight (with the dish, not with my friend :)) Fruit and prosciutto are the main ingredients, we will see them together in the entree, and for the main course, prosciutto will take the lead, finish off with fruit as the star ingredient for dessert. Aperitivo Italian Aperitivo Homemade Bread or piadina (wheat tortilla) with vegetable sauce and cheese. Glass of "bianco macchiato": white wine mixed with soda. ,Entreé Prosciutto and Fruit Involtini Prosciutto rolls with caramelized fruit and goat cheese with a touch of mustard and honey. [The rolls will be presented opened or closed, the prosciutto can be Serrano or Iberian, the fruit peach, pear or apple] ,main course Prosciutto and Pesto Cavatelli Cavatelli di Puglia with prosciutto and pesto. [Ingredients: Cavatelli, prosciutto, basil or pistachio pesto, tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes and peppers, almonds.] ,Dessert Peach Cobbler or Apple Crumble The perfect ending to this meal

    Isotta is such a nice host, thanks for that super evening with really delicious food. Nice talk, perfect Italian food. Highly recommend with children too. Unfortunately we had to leave early because of the children, I really would like to stay longer :-) 5

¡Hola, soy Isotta! Soy Italiana y vivo en Madrid desde el 2013, he amado esta ciudad desde el primer día y a los pocos meses ya se había convertido en mi hogar. Toda la vida la comida y cocinar han sido algunos de mis intereses más grandes y ahora he decido compartir esta pasión con personas nuevas y ya no solamente con amigos y familiares. Me encanta prácticamente todo tipo de comida, pero los años vividos en diferentes países del Mediterráneo y un matrimonio con una mujer boliviana me han llevado ineludiblemente hacia la fusión de cocinas: los platos son de base mediterráneos, sobre todo italianos, con toques de ingredientes comunes en la cocina española, marroquí y latinoamericana, sin embargo la mayoría de los postres procede de la tradición norteamericana. Nada me haces mas feliz que ver a otros disfrutar del placer de la comida e intercambiar opiniones y trucos, así que espero que puedan apreciar lo que preparo con sus propios paladares ;) -- Hi, I'm Isotta! I love practically all kinds of food, but having lived in different countries of the Mediterranean in the past few years and getting married with a Bolivian woman have led me inescapably towards fusion: the dishes are Mediterranean based, especially Italian, with touches of common ingredients In Spanish, Moroccan and Latin American cuisine, however, most desserts come from the American tradition. Nothing makes me happier than watching others enjoy what I cook and exchange opinions and tricks, so I hope you can appreciate what I prepare with your own palates ;)
