We welcome you into our apartment with amazing views to 9 de Julio Avenue (the most famous one in Buenos Aires). As soon as you arrive you can enjoy a cocktail and some music. We have a comunal table for eight people for you to be able to enjoy a lovely evening exchanging experiences and sharing the amazing food we cooked for you. All the ingredients we use are fresh from local markets and of the highest quality. The menu is fixed, but we would be glad to offer you options if there is something you cannot eat or dislike. Welcome cocktail Campari with freshly squeezed orange juice ,Appetizer Chorizo with brie cheese Argentinian sausage with brie cheese and green leaves ,Starter Spanish tortilla with roasted peppers and anchovies (anchovies are optional) ,MAIN COURSE Beef tenderloin cooked in Argentinian wine with roasted vegetables and mashrooms ,Dessert Flan with dulce de leche and whipped cream Classic Argentinian egg pudding with one of the best sweets of the country ,Coffee time Coffe with a sweet bite ,Drinks The dinner includes filtered water, one cocktail per person, a bottle of wine every two people and coffee.

    Excellently prepared five course meal in a beautiful apartment with a spectacular view over the widest boulevard in the world. We shared the table with an interesting mix of people and we are delighted with with our inaugural experience in Buenos Aires. 5

Evento de Josefina

I am Josefina, originally from the suburbs of Buenos Aires. Since I am very young I love cooking, and I mostly learnt from my dad and my grandmother. They both tought me that food is all about details, love and fresh products. Afterwards, while traveling through Europe and South East Asia I experienced new flavours and textures that I introduced in my dishes. Now that I am back in Buenos Aires after finishing my studies, I wanted to open a small place to receive you and show you my two passions: cooking and meeting new people.
