Join Phenix, as part of the team of the anti-waste mobile application, present in Spain since January 2020, which allows local merchants to resell their unsold goods at low prices rather than feeding the trash. At Phenix, your objective will be to build loyalty and follow the activity of the app’s partner merchants, so that they can save 100% of their unsold goods thanks to us!
Respond daily to requests for assistance from shops regarding the use of the platform, publications, billing, orders, subscriptions, etc. Ensure the follow-up of these requests and the satisfaction of the shop.
Make the shops more autonomous in their Phenix space by showing pedagogy.
Have an advisory role and a commercial approach to encourage shops to optimize their publications and improve their sales rate.
Arbitrate disputes between shops and users in collaboration with the Customer Service team
Provide feedback and proposals for :
optimizing support tools and organization (FAQ, automated answers, playbook, etc.)
adding merchant features to the platform
improving the quality of onboarding for new shops.
Activation, Retention & Loyalty
Know the merchant portfolio, the segmentation by type of behavior and the priority businesses for Phenix application.
You will participate in the implementation of various activation and loyalty actions with the other members of the Account Management team: targeted follow-ups and telephone activations, e-mail campaigns, newsletters, contests, sponsorship, loyalty programs, one-off operations, partnerships, etc.
Follow the Account Management KPI dashboard and keep in mind the objectives in each of the actions you will participate in.

Skills particularly appreciated :
Sensitivity and/or knowledge of zero-waste issues, expectations and problems of food shops
Commercial skills, good elocution, comfortable with telephone conversations
Writing skills (communicating in writing with retailers, writing targeted email campaigns, etc.)
Ability to analyze data (Google sheet, Looker, etc..)
