Learn to Meditate

Meditation has become a popular practice in the modern world yet many people are not clear on how to meditate to calm the mind and to experience benefits from meditation practice.
During this session, we will introduce and practice Dzogchen, a traditional Tibetan meditation practice, which introduces the nature of the mind. Including some simple Tsa Lung (breathing) practice to enhance focus & clarity.
Drubdra Khenpo was born in Tibet and lives in Nepal, where he has been guiding local and international students for decades. Khenpo has a wonderful kind & approachable manner, a great sense of humor, and offers sincere and clear advice from the heart.
Anyone can join this teaching, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, to gain benefit from these heart instructions from an authentic and accomplished master.
