Queer Prana Yoga

There are too many stories of people experiencing harm and judgment in spaces that are intended for health and wellness.
The focus of the Queer Prana Yoga session will be on the connection between breath, movement, and the state of feeling a safe place within, which is important when dealing with the toxic shame issues, which occur all too often against the queer community.
Besides common yoga postures and exercises, Kirill will bring attention to how we are doing them and what we feel. This class will not only be physical but also about the connection with yourself and self-awareness.
