(Esp) Con este confinamiento…caminatas al aire libre,¿No? Nuestra 21ª caminata o ruta de SENDERISMO GRATIS será: EL BOSQUE DE CAN CATÀ Y LA ERMITA DE SANT ISCLE!! (Todo dentro de Barcelona!)

EN UNA RUTA LARGA PERO MUY BONITA, PARA DESCONECTAR DEL DÍA A DÍA!

RITMO: Se requiere estar ACOSTUMBRADO/A a hacer senderismo actualmente. Buena forma física para seguir bien el ritmo del grupo y no quedar rezagada/o.

DIFICULTAD: MEDIA. Fácil de caminar en su mayor parte, pero atención!: con algunos tramos de subidas o bajadas estrechas de montaña durante el recorrido!.

RECORRIDO: 12 Kms (6 ida + 6 vuelta), con caminos de tierra de senderismo entre bosques. 😉

TIEMPO: 2h´45 min aprox de ruta en movimiento. Con vermuteo final (opcional)

COSTE: Gratis!! si!! con aportación de sólo 1€ (llevarlo justo en moneda, se da al empezar.No Bizum ni targeta) al organizador (Càstor), para pago del grupo a Meetup.

ENCUENTRO: 10.15h. EL LUGAR QUE SE COMUNICA A LAS PERSONAS APUNTADAS POR MENSAJE PRIVADO!. LLevaremos Cartel de Meetup! A las 10,25h arrancamos esté quien esté! pues el recorrido es largo de 12 kms.

LLEVAR: Ropa y Calzado APROPIADO PARA CAMINAR POR MONTAÑA! + Agua + Algo energetico de comer (plátano,frutos secos,..)

PLANNING:
Desde el punto de inicio llegaremos a pie hasta LA FONT DE LA MARQUESA (pequeño descanso) para seguir sin parar en un largo recorrido hasta LA ERMITA DE ST. ISCLE y el bonito BOSQUE DE CAN CATÀ, con LA FONT NOVA! (descanso).

Después descenderemos caminando hasta llegar al punto final que será el mismo del inicio.

ATENCIÓN: Desapuntarse de la actividad el día antes o el mismo día, o no presentarse supone 1 No Show.
El 2º No Show es exclusión directa del grupo.

Personas que presenten síntomas o en cuarentena por COVID: NO!. LLevar mascarilla!. Iremos juntos pero en grupos de 6 pers. Max

RHYTHM: It is necessary to be in good physical shape to keep up with the rhythm of the group and not be left behind.

DIFFICULTY: MEDIUM. Easy to walk for the most part, but beware !: with some sections of narrow mountain ascents or descents during the tour!

ROUTE: 12 Kms (one way + return), with hiking trails between forests.

TIME: 2h´45 of route + final vermouth (optional)

COST: Free! With a contribution of only 1€ (take it just in currency, it is given at the beginning, not Bizum or card) to the organizer (Càstor), for the group to pay to Meetup.

MEETING: 10.15h. THE PLACE THAT IS COMMUNICATED TO THE PEOPLE TARGETED BY PRIVATE MESSAGE! We will bring a Meetup Poster! At 10.25 am we start whoever is!

BRING: APPROPRIATE CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR FOR MOUNTAIN WALKING! + Water + Something energetic to eat (banana, nuts, ..)
