First I’ll take you to a typical Mexican Farmer’s Market where we’ll select fresh ingredientes for our salsas. Back at home, you’ll learn how to make 3 different kind of salsas. Cooked, raw and mortar. Tomato, tomatillo, coriander, onion, garlic, serrano chili and chipotle. Afterwards we’ll finish off with 2 cheese or chicken enchiladas, beans and of course our just-made salsa. For drinks, tamarind water, lemon with chia or hibiscus with basil (depending on the season).
