Fresh Mediterranean dishes combined with LIVE music, how could anyone resist? Join us for an intimate, exciting, unforgettable night. The guitar master, Ofer Ronen, is a talented flamenco guitarist who combines pure Spanish flamenco with Middle Eastern music; he performs internationally as a solo player and in various groups. While he keeps you entertained with his music, myself, your Chef, will serve you exotic Mediterranean dishes, tapas, pinchos and other delicious surprises!!! All food and drinks are included in the price :) There is also a vegetarian version, just let me know ahead please. look forward to see you! Our Story Begins With… Gaspacho / Tomato Soup (Seasonal) My mediterranean interpretation of the classic Spanish cold soup / Rich Tomato Basil Soup with leek and grated Parmesan. Hummus Fusion Homemade spinach hummus, drops of olive oil and my special spice mixture. Served with pita bread. My Baba Ganoush Whole eggplant in the oven, topped with original Jerusalem Tahini with soft touches of parsley and lemon drops. Shades of orange Spicy cooked carrot salad seasoned with coriander oil, garlic, cumin and splash of lemon juice. ,The First (Of) Course The original Shakshuka Poached eggs in tomatoe sauce, chili peppers, onions, sweet red peppers and roasted garlic with exotic Mediterranean seasoning. ,Main Dishe Chraime Traditional Sephardic fish. A combination of fine fish, cooked Moroccan style in a sea of tomato sauce with sweet peppers, potatoes and chickpeas. Plus, a touch of my secret traditional seasoning that passes on from generation to generation! Majadra Stir-fried rice with black lentils. ,Dessert Malabi Creamy pudding with fresh touches of Rose water & coconut. Topped with special syrup and nuts.

I'm an actor and a poet who came to Barcelona 5 years ago from Israel to study theater and today I make my living es a tour guide here in this beautiful city. My second love in life (after writing and acting) is cooking!!! I have been cooking since the moment I learned to speak. I like to cook what I like to eat, a simple, tasty and healthy food, in that order. I'm mostly familiar with Moroccan and Israeli kitchens; which is the kitchen I grew up on and i do like the most. I worked in several restaurants in Israel, last of which was Orna and Ella in Tel Aviv. Cooking is important to me just as much as creating a warm, welcoming environment for my guests, so the whole experience of my hospitality is a combination of different flavors that will make you feel like home. Soy un actor y poeta que vino a Barcelona hace 5 años de Israel para estudiar teatro y hoy trabajo como un guía turístico en esta hermosa ciudad. Mi segundo amor (después de la poesía y el teatro) es la cocina!!! Cocino desde el momento en el que aprendí a hablar. Cocino aquello que me gusta comer, así que estoy familiarizado con la comida marroquí e israelí, sobre todo, que es la comida en la que me crecí. Trabajé en varios restaurantes israelís, el último fue Orna and Ella en Tel Aviv. Cocinar es tan importante para mí como crear un ambiente cálido para mis invitados.
