I have worked as a chef and pastry chef for over 10 years in several businesses, amongst others as Pastry Chef at the Store at Soho House Berlin from 2014-2017. I founded my own catering company by the name of Tausendsuend in 2012. Since beginning of 2017 I am running my monthly Supperclub „An introduction to“, where I introduce each month seasonally. I give cooking and baking workshops for children and adults. I am working closely with local organic farmers, all my ingredients are 100% organic.
