Built-up cauliflower cous cous, carrot tartare with harissa paste, orange yogurt and pistachos
Red lentil curry soup, cooked with coconut milk and served with snow peas and shitake mushrooms
Linguine with italian Burrata cream, eggplant and basil
Tacos with jackfruit (pulled pork style), pickled onions, pico de gallo and avocado cream.
Twisted dulce de leche cheescake
Ok so we are two funny Italians who got tired of eating and cooking what would rather live than be put on a stove. We still use cheese though, because it's damn delicious.
We don't know what we are doing, but we are doing it with love. Plus, our nonna taught us everything we need to know to make your belly happy and satisfied.
