    My husband & I both thoroughly enjoyed the French sauces cooking class. It was fun preparing the variety of sauces and learning a few tips on preparing them the best way for optimum taste & quality. Tasting them was wonderful too!     Soufflé & Champagne with Françoise was wonderful! She was warm and inviting. I came alone and there were three other ladies in the group. It was nice to exchange travel stories and learn to make a soufflé my first day in Paris. I would recommend this experience to anyone open to doing something different and fun! 5

I'm a chef with my own catering company, happy now to cater for venues and companies such as Café Elephant Paname, luxury brands, magazines, Fashion Week shows and photo production teams. I opened Mercy Fanny 5 years ago after several stays in Japan, where my eyes and my palate got familiar with different shapes, colors and tastes. Aesthetics became very important in food. As a former Art Director, I'm mindful of details and presentation which led me to be a food consultant for several restaurants and cafés in Paris. I organize cocktail dinner parties. I was in charge of the trendy Gaité Lyrique brunch for two years, collaborated with Hotel Bohême for whom I run the tearoom, with Hotel du Nord on Canal Saint-Martin where I write the menus time to time and organize events. I can’t eat anything without smelling it before and I always spend abroad 3 days a month to discover new food markets. I'm fortuned & proud to be a "Cool Cousin" as well, as I love to share my passion for French Art de Vivre through unique and unusual experiences.
