The menu that I'm about to present you is a typical Mediterranean one, very fresh and made with biologic and first quality ingredients.
They are recipes based on my grandmother's gastronomic memories but with a personal twist and touch that I perfected during the years.
A delicious menu, typically found in the best rustic fish restaurant in Puglia (Italy), accompanied with good laughters and interesting conversations and finishing with tasty homemade digestive liquors!

My love for food goes back to my childhood, when smells of the traditional cuisine of the grandmother delighted my sense of smell.
I'll never forget the winter Sundays when the aroma of the ragout filled the house, or the Pasta al Forno-recently baked and still smoking with crunchy bits of maccheroni on top... and my cousins and I would always get in trouble for stealing a few bites :)
This mix of flavors, tastes, emotions and memories has made my passion for cooking emerge, and I think that Eatwith allows those like myself to put in practice this passion, even with few resources. I also have a deep affection for traveling, and I use my trips as an opportunity to research new flavors and spices such as cinnamon, curcuma and ginger. They not only combine well with traditional Italian food, but are also extremely beneficial for one’s health!
