    What an amazing & cool experience! Very different from any other Eatwith event I've been to yet. Really interesting concept, wich made us travel through time and discover a new & beautifully colourful side to food, through our different senses. Can't wait to go back! 5

    I never had any culinary experience as Ignacio's one. It was such a great and original night ! Ignacio's team is very interesting and engaged in the project that they transport you to their world. We all learned a lot on the history of food and on many other topics. I higly recommend this experience if you want to know everything about the latest cooking techniques!!! 5

I'm the founder of Plat Institute, that is an innovation center that through research, development and education, addresses the food problems of humanity towards the future. We want to open the doors of the studio to a small audience to introduce it to our research through a workshop and a gastronomy experience. At Plat, we want to place ourselves at the forefront of the education of Food Design and Food Tech. The experience we want to give to our guests is a new point of view towards the food of the future. We want to create a new artistic movement, the Foodism, the first edible movement that allows people to enjoy food through all the senses. We want to present our dishes in an impeccable way and, with the help of technology, we reach a result that is difficult to meet in other places. We will be happy to host you in our research laboratory, for a different evening where you can find out what we do and live 100% this experience of food and innovation.
