Joe's Table - a culinary journey Hi I'm Joe and I cook delicious food 👨🏻‍🌾 Joe's Table is a gesture, an attitude and a farewell to monotony, to the monopoly we ourselves have created, that now, more than ever, needs our imagination to keep evolving. My food is inspired by my heritage and all the countries I've lived and traveled like Italy, Portugal, Turkey, India, Asia in general, and of course Spain. I'm an authentic foodie an "honest-food" lover I'm happy to share more about this at my table. I care immensely about what I select to cook and serve others. I'm a trained Chef, Public speaker and entrepreneur with a large experience and trajectory through some of the best eateries around the world from Escoffier passing through Adriá to Bottura and so many more that marked my taste and cooking style. Although I must admit my biggest inspiration was my granny that lived from what the soil gave her to feet nine hungry mouths where imagination and inspiration were key, and my grandpa the wine, vinegar, and spirits maker he taught me how to appreciate good wine, good food, and life itself. What you'll experience at my dining table is always depending on what seasons give me to work on and my eyes find during my quest for precious ingredients on local markets and favourite spots. But I can assure you'll get a feast to the eyes, savory dreams on your tongue and a feast for your senses crossing continents and history of food culture. I pair my menu with excellent hand-selected artisan wines giving always preference to small local producers. Like one of my favs a family owned vineyard passed from one generation to another over 300 years old producing biodynamic wines and *cava at the Penedès region. * Cava is the Catalan equivalent to French Champagne I invite you to dive into a Pop-Up food culture experience in a unique surrounding filled with art, design, and joy.     This was my first experience with Eatwith and WOW! What a special evening. Chef Joe and Kat were incredible hosts and the food was first-class. I'm still thinking about that curry...and ceviche.     This was our first experience with EatWith and it definitely will not be the last. We celebrated a friend's birthday with Joe and Katiu from Joe's Table. It was a great experience with Catalan food. We learned a lot about 'good food' and how to cook it. Joe and Katiu live in the center of Barcelona near the La Rambla. Joe prepared a 4- or 5-course meal with a nice and sweet dessert. We laughed a lot and finally my wife Christa and Joe danced Tango. Joe and Katiu, thank you very much for the great evening.
