Sea breeze - Dinner based on fish and seafood Dinner

The sea has always been very important to me, almost all my happiest memories are connected with the beach and beach meals with waves that break a few meters away. With this menu I want you to accompany me back to my city, Savona, on the north west coast of Italy and to taste the dishes of our tradition. For the aperitif and the dessert we played with fusions between the flavors of my land and that of my wife, Bolivia. The wine is included, after the dessert coffee and herbal digestif will be offered. *May include nuts, spices *No vegan *No vegetarian APPETIZER Salad of prawns, avocado and strawberries with balsamic vinegar cream Accompanied with a glass of "White spotted": drink based on white wine and bitter gassing. Crunchy cheese cup with salmon mousse ,STARTER Sweet and sour trout with basil panna cotta ,MAIN COURSE Bavette with shrimps and bicolour zucchini sauce ,DESSERT Mango iced cream with cane honey

¡Hola, soy Isotta! Soy Italiana y vivo en Madrid desde el 2013, he amado esta ciudad desde el primer día y a los pocos meses ya se había convertido en mi hogar. Toda la vida la comida y cocinar han sido algunos de mis intereses más grandes y ahora he decido compartir esta pasión con personas nuevas y ya no solamente con amigos y familiares. Me encanta prácticamente todo tipo de comida, pero los años vividos en diferentes países del Mediterráneo y un matrimonio con una mujer boliviana me han llevado ineludiblemente hacia la fusión de cocinas: los platos son de base mediterráneos, sobre todo italianos, con toques de ingredientes comunes en la cocina española, marroquí y latinoamericana, sin embargo la mayoría de los postres procede de la tradición norteamericana. Nada me haces mas feliz que ver a otros disfrutar del placer de la comida e intercambiar opiniones y trucos, así que espero que puedan apreciar lo que preparo con sus propios paladares ;) -- Hi, I'm Isotta! I am Italian and have lived in Madrid since 2013. I have loved this city since the first day and after a few months it had already become my home. All my life, food and cooking have been some of my biggest interests and now I have decided to share this passion with new people, and not only with friends and family. I love practically all kinds of food, but having lived in different countries of the Mediterranean in the past few years and getting married with a Bolivian woman have led me inescapably towards fusion: the dishes are Mediterranean based, especially Italian, with touches of common ingredients In Spanish, Moroccan and Latin American cuisine, however, most desserts come from the American tradition. Nothing makes me happier than watching others enjoy what I cook and exchange opinions and tricks, so I hope you can appreciate what I prepare with your own palates ;)
