    Dining with Aaron was one of the most unique experiences you have to do while in Amsterdam! Immediately after booking, Aaron was prompt in communicating all the details for the dinner and made us feel very comfortable in joining him. We took an Uber (20-25 min from Central Amsterdam) to his amazing industrial style home on the edge of the water. We were instantly greeted by Aaron and met everyone we would be dining with (a fun group of people with great conversation who made us feel like we were all close friends). From the gourmet food to the carefully selected wines that pair with certain dishes, Aaron was focused on the detail which made for an exquisite dinner in the most friendly and relaxed atmosphere! I would absolutely recommend this to friends, family or anyone traveling to Amsterdam!! 5

    A friend invited me to Aarons pop up event and unexpectedly this turned into a food experience I havent had in a long time. The food was delicious, the presentation fantastic and carried through to the smallest details. Super fresh, well prepared, and original. Every dish was paired with a drink that enhanced the flavours. A very intimate atmosphere was created and the size of group was small but perfect. Everything but then really everything was taken care of down to the last detail. 5

Hey there, I'm Aaron, 35 and I have been cooking for 16 years professionally. My specialties are pastry and seafood. When I'm not cooking I travel around the world to get inspiration about food and design and to experience different cultures. Before cooking I studied architecture and I also studied interior design after I graduated from cooking school. My passion is to be creative in any field that challenges me. I'm a big collector of art in many forms which you will experience in the space where you'll be eating in my home at a former factory on the border of Amsterdam. This location is full of history and a must see when you visit Amsterdam.
