I'm Aaron, 35 and I have been cooking for 16 years professionally. My specialties are pastry and seafood. When I'm not cooking I travel around the world to get inspiration about food and design and to experience different cultures. Before cooking I studied architecture and I also studied interior design after I graduated from cooking school. My passion is to be creative in any field that challenges me. I'm a big collector of art in many forms which you will experience in the space where you'll be eating in my home at a former factory on the border of Amsterdam. This location is full of history and a must see when you visit Amsterdam.
