Cheese from the Balearic Islands, made with raw milk from the farm itself and using the "fogasser". (cotton cloth) to shape it. Montenebro chesse. Tiétar cheese also known as Montenebro, made with pasteurized goat's milk of impeccable bacteriological quality. Manchego chesse. Pressed cheese made with sheep's milk from the Manchega breed. Cabrales chesse. The Cabrales Cheese is a natural cheese, made by the farmers themselves, with raw cow's milk or with a mixture of two or three kinds of milk: cow, sheep and goat. "Tetilla" chesse. Tetilla cheese is made from pasteurized cow's milk, with a mild and tender taste. Chesse cake. Chesse cake made from cream chesse. Red and white wine. Best pairing with white and red wines.
