I simply loved "The Taste of Congo" experience. Ety is a fantastic hostess. She makes you feel like beloved friend while explaining the background of each dish. Her food reflects her love of both Congolese and French cultures. I especially enjoyed the MISE EN BOUCHE (yuca and coconut fritters). Yummy!!! 5

A truly delicious meal in a cozy setting with a warm, lively and sincere hostess. A wonderful introduction to French/Congolese food. Even our fancy chef friend was happy! Highly recommended!! 5
