4 Courses Italian menu with drinks
Pasta Al Brie, Chicken Cacciatore, Salad
Variety of appetizers and a glass of Sparkling Wine, Hugo, Negroni or a Tropical Martini. Followed by delicious Pasta al Brie, a mix of tomatoes, parsley, garlic, Brie cheese in a pinkish sauce. Then my favorite own version of Chicken Cacciatore with olives, tomatoes, basil, garlic accompanied with Season salad, bread, paired with White or Red wine. To top off this amazing evening, coffee or tea and delicious home made Crema Di Limoncello. All these are included but GUESTS ARE ALSO FREE TO BRING THEIR OWN WINE
I am French-Lebanese descendent who grew up between Italy, Caribbean & Florida. I work in the hospitality industry for the past 30 years. I am totally fluent in a few Languages. Due to my job, I have lived and worked in more than 28 countries acquiring First hand experience of diverse cultures and food....I love people, cooking, wine! My husband Eduardo is an engineer Italian-Spanish who is also passionate about people and culture. We have a multicultural household and we guarantee that you will have a great experience with us.
