I am 60 years old and was borned in Toulouse. I learned all the secrets of French cuisine from my Grand-Mother who was a chef. For more 20 years I give cooking class and welcomed more 22000 guests from all around the world and some of them became real friends. I have a real desire to share the "French savoir-faire" and the passion of good food and of course wines. I spent 6 years in Bordeaux one of the most French famous wines region and run a Bed and Breakfast. I am leaving in a nice apparment on the top of Montmartre with an amazing view of Sacré-Coeur, and Paris with the view of the Eiffel tower which I consider like my "lighthouse". J'ai 60 and et suis née à Toulouse. J'ai reçu en héritage le goût de la cuisine de ma grand-mère qui était chef. Depuis plus de 20 ans j'ai une école de cuisine où j'ai accueilli plus de 22 000 invités du monde entier et certains sont devenus de vrais amis. j'aime partager des recettes du patrimoine français et un vrai savoir-faire. J'ai vécu 6 ans à Bordeaux une des plus fameuse région viticole de France et où Je tenais une maison d'hôtes. Aujourd'hui je suis rentrée sur Paris et je vis dans un charmand appartement en haut de la butte Montmartre avec une vue spectaculaire sur le Sacré-Coeur, Paris et bien évidemment sur la Tour Eiffel que je considère comme mon "phare".
