This was one of our best meals EVER! Chef Jose put so much thought and effort into making this a very special anniversary dinner. Every single course was creative, special and unlike anything we've had before. He brought delicious wine his brother-in-law had made, and used apples his kids had picked in a local orchard. He left us lots of leftovers to eat after he'd left. He left the kitchen absolutely spotless, like it looked like no one had even been there, much less cooked a remarkable three-course meal. Price point was totally reasonable. We can't wait to hire Chef Jose again and recommend him to all our friends. Thanks, Jose! P.S. Be sure to ask for his tres leches for dessert. 5

First time ever setting up a party with a private chef and it couldn't have gone any better. I planned a surprise 25th birthday cocktail party for my girlfriend and for 15 of her friends. Not only was the food spectacular, but Chef Jose made it a personable experience. We set up a menu (mixed with his choices and customized items to fit my needs). The food was made from scratch right before our eyes and the girls kept asking for more. I will definitely be using Chef Jose for all of my future events. Thanks man, appreciate the service and the great night. 5
