The tour with Raf is very special. He is from Philippine and he loves his country and the food. We ate in three places and the food was superb. He is very nice and enthusiastic about the food and history of his country. He told us a lot of very interesting information. The food was superb in all the places were we went. He had a small group of people so we got a chance to share the food and listen to Raf's sorties. His tour is very interesting and for me it was special and unforgettable. He gave us the name of several restaurants and now I plan to go back and try the food he recommended. 5

Hi, I'm Raf! I was born and raised in the Philippines and five years ago, I moved to New York. As a passionate foodie, I have searched for New York's best Filipino restaurants and I want to share them with you. I enjoy telling stories about Filipino culture using a culinary experience to fellow foodies. I have written about Filipino food and hosted private Filipino dinners where I tell my guests about what makes our cuisine so amazing. Another passion of mine is cooking. Check out @houseband_material on Instagram. Looking forward to meeting you!
