When Italy meets Spain! I am Massimo. I come from Sassari, a little city on the North of Sardinia. I am in love with Italian/Sardinian traditions and I always like to explore new cultures through their food! When I first arrived in Spain, I really loved the mix of cuisine influences coming from Portugal, Morocco and France. Here, I could discover as well the contrast of textures and the molecular cuisine. I’ve always tried to include all these influences on my Italian/Sardinian recipes. Come and join me and girlfriend Emma for an Italian dinner! You will explore with us Italian and Spanish traditions through an interesting food experience! Antipasti LET'S START! Bruschetta with Gorgonzola cheese, fresh figs and honey AND/OR Selection of traditional Sardinian cheese and salami (called "salsiccia") (depends on the availability) PRIMo Italian flag Spaghetti Green: homemade basil pesto with cashews, ricotta and EVO White: mozzarella di bufala cream Red: confit cherry tomatoes ONE MORE! Fish & (cheese) Chips Beked cod with potatoes cream, lemon beet, crispy garlic artichokes and... parmesan chips! Dessert TIRAMI... SÙ! Homemade tiramisù with mascarpone cream, Sardinian cookies, topped with cocoa CAFFÈ & DIGESTIVI BYE BYE DIET Typical italian meal ends with homemade liqueurs (Mirto, Limoncello, Agrumello, Finochietto, Amaro del Capo) and very good coffee (Nespresso or Moka) Drink pairing Red wine, White wine and Beer.
