I grew up experiencing the best of both worlds at the dinner table. Raised by two Jamaican parents who are both amazing cooks - my father held down the kitchen with authentic Jamaican cuisine, while my mother ensured we were familiar with traditional American dishes. She also was an amazing baker. Often time we'd have two prepared meals for dinner because my mom would grow tired of eating Jamaican food everyday. Our house always had, "too many cooks in the kitchen". But food always brought us all together.
I joined Eat With because I am huge foodie and an aspiring food entrepreneur. Through this platform, I hope that I can share my family's gift with the world and meet amazing people along the way.
