Fusina was a joy to spend the morning walking the markets and visiting about the local culture, cuisine and history. Well worth the value for the money. 5

Fusina was a lovely host and lots of fun to spend time and share a delightful traditional Dutch dinner with. She is a very down to earth person and obviously loves food just as much as we do. She even let us help prepare real Dutch pancakes under her direction. I had been hoping to figure out a good recipe for them anyway so it was a real bonus to have someone show me directly how to make them. We'd recommend any of her classes to get a local's perspective on traditional Dutch cuisine. 5

I am a food lover. I always liked to share foodie experiences with my family, friends, or new friends that I met. I will be pleased to show you the best of my city, through market tours or homemade meals. You will discover the best of our cuisine. If you’d like, you're welcome to join me on my visit to the market and de utrechstestraat shops. You're also welcome to my canal home appartment (1824) overlooking the Amstel river, the skinny bridge and hermitage museum. I'll prepare several Dutch amuses, snacks and dishes based on ingredients from the season which I buy preferably at the op air albert cuyp market or at the organic superMarqt around the corner.
