Your missions

Based in Madrid, within the sales team of Phenix, you are responsible to help the development of the city by sourcing and onboarding new partners (shops, restaurants, supermarkets) to join the app in your geographical


You will implement food waste management solutions with them.

Your goal is to target the local shops (independent shops, medium accounts, fancy shops) with most waste and with demand from our user base, to present them our zero food waste application.

Your role is to build solid partnerships with a growing number of clients.

You will be prospecting over the phone, by email, on field and online with growth tools

With the support of your manager, and your peers, your key missions will be developing our business (70%) and doing account management (30%).

Identify and build a portfolio of prospects

Conduct mainly on-going phone and field prospection, sales meetings to convince local shops to join the movement, and publish their unsold food on the Phenix app

Onboard shops on the app and train them on our back-office tools

Be able to track and report information collected on the field, during your discussions with potential partners

Monitor your daily activity in Salesforce, to attain your monthly objectives

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales techniques and strategy by providing ongoing feedback

Required experience needed

Previous experience in sales (2 year minimum), mainly cold call and field prospecting

You like sales tasks and you have an excellent relationship with clients

Team player, dynamic and results- driven

Great persuasive force along with good listening

Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and ability to make critical decisions.

You are hunter, who is energized by a “no” and prospection does not scare you

At ease with digital tools

Business school or equivalent

English B2/C1


Food and Retailers knowledge (high desidered)

You already have B2B2C / Mobile App experience

Salesforce user Knowledge

You are a Zero-Waste enthusiast !
