Come to this open space to explore yourself and your creativity. Meditating, as well as working with our hands and clay, invites you to reconnect with yourself and be present at the moment. That’s why we invite you to participate in this experience of combining Meditation & Clay.

Vanessa from New Era Lab will start with 20 minutes of meditation that will help you to reconnect with your body and senses. The following 1h will be a playful hand-building workshop in which we will engage with the organic material, without focusing on certain physical outcomes, but rather extending the meditative state, allowing us to feel the sensation of working intuitively with clay.

> No experience is needed, this workshop is adaptable for everyone!
